Microsoft Sphere, what is it ?

Well, demonstrated today, Microsoft sphere is a multi touch UI developed by Global Imagination relies on infrared to detect fingers, hands and objects with internal projection. This then customized by Microsoft and named Microsoft Sphere.

On the demonstration, Sphere is used to manipulate image although the Sphere also comes with other applications like photo browser, spherical version of Pong, Paint program and Globe, as well as a video browser.
